Rogue Support agents provide customers with expert guidance, excellent customer support, and timely solutions to their computer networking and related issues.

We’re looking for qualified individuals who are interested in helping home and business customers with their computer network-related projects and issues. You can work in your spare time after hours, or to supplement your existing independent contracting customer base.


Rogue Support Agents:

  • Are top-notch computer networking customer service professionals
  • Set their own hours - work when you want!
  • Work remotely - tackle customer issues from anywhere!

  • Earn an increased hourly pay rate through completed tickets and by maintaining a good customer service rating
  • Enjoy the freedom of helping others in your spare time to make extra cash


What you need to get started:

  • A strong background in all things computer networking - you should have the ability to dive into any computer networking situation and have the confidence to successfully resolve any issues encountered, or come up with satisfactory alternative resolutions
  • 10+ hours per month dedicated to helping Rogue Support customers - the assistance you provide will be scheduled between you and the customers, but you should plan on dedicating at least 10 billable hours per month for Rogue Support tickets
  • Equipment: Internet access, a computer, and a phone - Rogue Support will provide the rest!
  • A US-based business license as an independent contractor - this can be an LLC, S-Corp, or sole proprietorship, as long as Rogue Support is contracting with a business, not an individual
  • Errors & Omissions insurance - very standard for independent consultants, and inexpensive for annual coverage
